Half the calls we get start with somebody asking for the wrong thing. They want a ceramic coating for a hot cabin, which is a tint problem. They want a full detail for paint that has stopped beading, which is a ten dollar sealant problem this year and a coating conversation next year. Nobody's fault. The industry spent twenty years blurring these words together, and now everyone's paying for it one confused phone call at a time.
So here's the sorting, the way we actually do it. You don't pick a service. You tell us the symptom, because the symptom always knows.
The three jobs, in one breath each
Detailing fixes the present. It removes what's on the car right now: the grit, the crumbs, the dog, the drive-through souvenir under the seat rail. Ceramic coating protects the future. It's a cured layer that makes the next three to five years of weather slide off instead of sticking. Window tint fixes the physics. Heat and glare come through glass, and no amount of cleaning or coating touches either one.
Detail fixes what happened. Coating changes what happens next. Tint changes the weather inside the car. Three different jobs, and the words only overlap in ad copy.
